LACK OF COMMUNICATION

UNISA has NO INTEREST WHATSOEVER IN RESPONDING TO OUR QUERIES. I've sent countless emails and contacted their supposedly call center " ***" on multiple occasions, i still haven't receive any assistance to date?

Not sure how they planning on getting back to us cause i'm a 100% sure i aint alone, this is quite disturbing and very disappointing i must say!!!
