Lack of communication!

I emailed UNISA on 03 January 2022 requesting for my academic records. No response up to date. Sent follow ups emails...They are so quick to send you the statement of your outstanding fees but when its their turn to provide you with what you need, its a mission. Apparently my qualification I've completed in 2019 is still under audit...this is so frustrating!
