LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND BAD SERVICE

I have a problem with uploading my results online and whenever I upload my results, it always display same message " your application for admission will only be finalised once your outstanding results are available." I have sent over 20 emails since last year 2020 August, been trying to get appointment letter to visit any campus and made plenty of calls holding on for over 1 hour and 45 minutes at times for the past 8 months! THIS IS RIDICULIOUS
