pathetic service. I enrolled, I registered, I paid the minimum amount due. forwarded proof of payment. received a statement for how much I still owe. never received any feedback. I phoned all the regional centres, I have sent emails to maybe 30 plus addresses. and still no reply. FINALLY got through to the Newcastle centre on 2022/06/17. and they tell me that I paid too late. I paid on the 7th of January. now apparently I did not pay enough. this is really beyond pathetic
