I've been trying to get my academic history for the last three months

I've been trying to get my academic history for the last three months. I first struggled to get hold of them telephonically, and when I finally did I was sent from pillar to post and was ultimately advised to contact the nearest campus. I decided to drive for 3 hours to Sunnyside Campus where I was told to leave my contact details with the promise that the document would be emailed to me. Almost three weeks down the line the ICT is still struggling to extract the data...leaving me with no proof to my employer that I really studied with the renowned university...
