It is my first year studying at UNISA, I have been unable to access any of my emails through my MyLife email address

It is my first year studying at UNISA, I have been unable to access any of my emails through my MyLife email address. I have called and emailed from Feb until now. I have not even been assisted. Non of the telephones ring me past a message which explains that they have an emergency and cannot attend to my call and my hundreds of emails are just left unanswered. We are busy finishing off our first semester and I am still unable to access the emails inbox where important information has been sent to. I am truly upset about this situation and if I could have given a 0 star rating I would!
