IRRITATED!

I loaded my matric results but still didn't recieve a acknowledgement of reciept. The closing date is coming soon and my application status still says "waiting for grade 12 results". Nobody answers my calls and I only get automated responses on my emails. Our generation gets scolded because we are lazy and don't want to learn, but how can we learn with this type of education centres.
