insuffient correspondance & info: Year wasted

Good day<br> <br> I am extremely unhappy with the lack of response, insuffecient info, and not correspondance from UNISA.<br> I app**** for a B-Tech in Operations management online when applications opened. Did not get response so i reapp**** a couple of times, sent all the supporting documents needed. I later got an sms that my application was successful and i needed to check my email for the student number and payment details. I did not get this info. I called Unisa daily from when i got that sms, and none of my calls was answered. I then went to their branch in JHB next to ghandi square, and the lady said i must go to pretoria, as she cant hekp as the application process is closed.<br> <br> I have all the mails that i sent to unisa, pitty i cant print all the calling i did. This is total unacceptable and will cause me another year in my studies, i cant afford to stay a year off school. Please HELP<br> <br> Raymond Shilaluke, ***, [Email Removed]
