Institution like a banana republic- a bunch of *********** staff! disgusting service

I am writing this email with the utmost disappointment and UNISA as a large institution has immensely dropped the ball housing some of the most *********** staff members i have personally came across.IN 2017 I went online to apply for my BA Hons Media Studies Following the emails I received yesterday it is apparent that i did not pay an application fee when i was already in a possession of a student number bearing when i tried to enquirer about my registration. Letter confirming my acceptance upon request can be attached.

On March 22 I then attempted to web register for 2 modules (letter will also be attached) my question was that why has it not generated an amount which is payable by me (Registration/tuition fee) after my registration? only to get a hideous and non factual response stating that i cannot register because i did not pay the application fee when in fact when you apply online it does not apply. . I hope you will look into my problem at your earliest convenience and we can reach a consensus regarding this.

It is sad that even your calls goes unanswered - this institution is run like a banana republic - your twitter account is dragged and entrenched in so much negativity because of this. unfortunately we will need to escalate some issues and involve some of the powerful people in media.
