Injury on duty

My name is tebogo makhooa as a employee of unisa. I was injured at work 2015 till today never got from unisa for 3months and never compensated for my injury as they told labour department i was independant contractor while i was they are employee,at ccma their represative told the commissioner that i am the employee but suddenly change to labour department that i am indepandant contractor .i went with my own money to doctors and giving them updates without no pay ,after that labour grant my case then closed it and open it again.they bribed my inspector juke thekiso then he made me to do up and downs johannesburg to pretoria every two weeks i was there 2015 till 2018 compensation fund took it.I went to president office and public protecror for help but never find luck because they told public protector i never open a case with them and tebogo he does not have case number and imagine 2015 to 2018 same story,i have spend lot of moni goin for nothing to pretoria saying they gona fix my case i dnt have to worry.2019 they came with the feed back said they wont grant my case because i am independant contractor, i went to public protector again and they told the public protector that even today tebogo i does not have a case with us even today my case still goin up and down i never got my uif and my compensation fund, at work i was injured in my right eye even today i still have a problem.Hello peter i would like you to help me on this because ibam tired now and the inspector that ws helping me and team leader were fired of *****s e.g bribes from companies because i went to many referrals in department of labour no one help me kip on lyin to me that my case is with statoury service and some saying my docket is lost please help
