INEPT service by UNISA

This institutions services are really bad just like state hospitals. till today I have not received study material from unisa yet registration was finalized and confirmed on the 25 July 2018, and one can never get hold of them via telephone number provided on their web, email is even worse as they respond after three days with useless information nogal. staff moral also stinks of bad attitude forgetting revenue is generated via students but they treat students like **** forgetting that the very same student are their customers.
