Incorrectly rejected

I've been trying to get assistance from Unisa for over 3 months. No one is willing. I was given a list of modules to complete by Dep of Industrial Psychology in order to qualify for the honors. I completed those modules with distinctions, app**** for the honors and was incorrectly due to incomplete modules. I spoke to professor Dries who said Minki would help me which she didn't. She just told me to deal with registrations who hasn't come back to me. I've been dealing with this issue for 3 months now. No one is interested in helping. <br> <br> Who am I supposed to get help from when everyone at Unisa is refusing to take responsibility for an error on their side?
