Inconsiderate

<p><br />Registered online last year, uploaded all relevant documentation and paid. Recently e-mailed them my matric final results as requested. Haven't heard from them since. No joy over the phone. They are as thick as two bricks. Called in at the pmb branch. After a 2 hour long wait im told that nothing was processed. Resubmitted docs again. Waiting for an additional hour thus far. Everyone here is on a go slow. The old lady aka 'the advisor' on the computer has absolutely no consideration for people that are waiting hours on end whilst she continues to engage in unneccessary chit chat with her colleagues.</p>
