Incomplete service

If I had an option of not rating this institution, I would have. I am disgusted by how this institution operates with their applications. My boyfriend app**** to study at UNISA in September 2020 already, we in March 2021 and yet he has not receive a response to his application. I am embarrassed with how I encouraged him to apply at this university as it gives the option of both being able to work and study. But now he is waiting on a response forever and was so enthuastic on starting to study. Let me not get too personal about it. He's currently still waiting on a response after sending out emails and calling the free toll number where he waited hours on end with no response. How is there all these ways to contact the institution and not get through !!! This institutions service is pathetic, delaying and incomplete.
