Incomplete registration

I have had a very bad and poor experience with the university after paying the registration fee i receive a letter stating that they have cancelles my registration due to the fact that the did not receive the minimum amount were else i have paid the full amount way befor the closing date. Trying to contact the institution is something else i had to stay on the line fof more than 50minutes before the agent could answer the call and yet not get any proper help
