*********** unisa, how can they teach others?

It is now more than 2 months since I paid my daughter's fees and unisa is unable or unwilling to allocate the payment to her account. How difficult is it to allocate a payment with the relevant reference and the proof of payment? This incompetence is unbelievable and pathetic to say the least.
