<p>Last year I have registered for my second semester online. I made a payment and to date i have had no study material or any correspondence given to me about my registration. I have wasted one whole semester yet could have almost completed my degree. This year i registered again and still no confirmation. They do not have a call centre any longer. The staff are unfriendly, ***********, rude and have a don't care attitude. I have been emailing various department since last year June and still no feedback. PleASE can someone assist me. I do not want to waste another year of my study's. </p>
