*********** "so called inteillectuals"
I registered four 3rd year modules online as this university alongside all other univerties in South in Africa advocate for online registrations. since my 1st module registration with unisa I have never had any problems with the online registration and I found it worker friendly to such an extend that I preached it to fellow students.
I am in my 3rd year and made sure that I registered as early as possible, so on the 4th January 2018 I registered four modules online as usual, the online facility did not give me the registration amount to be paid which was unusual as it always does, I had to go into the bank and pay R2400 on the 10th as the online facility still did not say how much I had to pay, by the 15th my registration status was still pending even though I had paid R2400, I tried all possible methods as to communicate with unisa to have this issue sorted out but my emails where not rep**** and all the 10 phone numbers I found online just rang without any answer, this is very disappointing and unexpected from an institution of higher learning with your caliber. What happend at your sunnyside camps is what you like to see happening, you like it when people stampede in the quest of educational imancipation.
Around 17h03 I recieve an sms saying "2018 UNISA reg finalized for PYC3701 PYC3702. Access study material on myunisa". I go onto myunisa and there is no study material there, only assignment dates and exam dates, now what must I do with those dates if I don't have study material, you are such an *********** university, I registered four modules but your correspondence only mentiones two, where are the other two, my registration money is divided among two modules, what do you say about the other two.
You are wasting my time and as a result i will be working under pressure as the exam date is getting closer. What do you expect people like me who use the online facility to do, do you want us to come to your campuses and be part of the stampede and the jumping of the walls, I mean I am paying and expect value for my money, I am disappointed and will make sure I study my honours at a university with capabilities and professionals who know how to run their systems and take students seriously.
