*********** employees and lack of communication via correspondence!

<p>I have never experienced such *********** employees as I did at Unisa Florida Campus. I decided to study via correspondence because I work and have no time to go into a university, hence my choice of studying through Unisa as a online university. Unisa is by far the worst university I have come across. Their lack of communication s****s with their students is pathetic to say the least! I spend my days sitting on the phone with them only to be faced with countless engaged numbers and nobody answering their phones. I have sent numerous amounts of emails and still no response! Due to their incompetence and lack of communication my degree has now been jeopardized and I am unable to register this semester. Setting me and my studies back another year!! The staff at the unisa roodepoort campus are absolutely useless and rude to say the least. Not willing to help or offer any kind of explanation or solution! I am utterly disgusted. I would not recommend anybody to study through them. Due to Unisa's lack of communication s****s we as students suffer at their expense!!! I expect to take this matter further with all other social media's as I am sure I am not the only student who has this same issue.</p>
