***********, and non existent corresspondence

my bursary paid my registration fee before i could register after which i had decoded to further my studies elsewhere the reason being which everyone knows, is unisas slow or non existent correspondence and forever delayed results etc. i have emailed unisas financial department since jan 2020 regarding a refund as i had not registered at all it was not allocated even nd is sitting under credit on myunisa. after so many emails i had finally received a reply by someone and after proving them with every proof and document i was told i require an audit trail to prove payment (because my proof of payment and credit in myunisa is not enough for them) i called FNB and spoke to the manager who says all that proof is sufficient yet if they still require a trail they need to be specific as to what is required inside the trail. and ever since i asked what was required in the trail i have never received a reply. (im assuming she doesnt know herself what an audit trail was and it was just an excuse to prolong things.) here we are in september and my money is still sitting with unisa. when it comes to receiving payments unisa has ants in their pants but will never pay back anyones money.
