Incompetence at it's best

I have never experienced incompetence in terms of Administration in my life as I did with Unisa, I have been studying here for 3 years and every time I need to ask something I honestly want to start crying as I know I will have to wait weeks or months to get anything done, I have sent numerous emails to Unisa, the first one on the 09.07.2018 in regards to my exam period in October. I have forwarded the email numerous time to the relevant emails but still in almost 2 months I have not gotten any feedback. The worst ever, I cant wait to finish my degree and join another institution.
