INCOMPETENCE AND NO ASSISTANCE

I registered online for first semester at unisa in December 2015. I then made payment to unisa early February and app**** to take two additional subjects so that i can take my last 7 modules this semester . I was only able to do that after going to unisa 4 times, standing in line for more than 6 hours and being turned away once due to protest action. I could not access my unisa and went back to unisa. They claimed that I have a credit balance but I owe them fees. I asked for an explanation and they could not give it. I also sent multiple emails to them to no avail. I received confirmation yesterday that my registration is finalised. So I could not access my study material online as their site does not work. I went to unisa and was not allowed to collect my study material and now I have 8 assignments due by this Friday even though I do not have the study material and at unisa they can not or do not want to assist me and still do not respond to emails. I can not complete and submit 8 assignments by Friday, especially not having the study material and I need extension/any form of assistance.
