Incompetence and careless attitude of Unisa's admin staff.

unisa is absolutely THE WORST university to enroll at. when i app**** the 1st time, I never got a response so I tried again the following year during the fees must fall saga. i tried calling lika 100 times and got through to a consultant 8 times to do a follow-up because one of them told me that I actually got accepted the previous year. Every time I spoke to someone they told me that my application was not processed yet, just to find out after the applications closed and I tried to register that the documents I uploaded were unclear which is why they could not process my application while I was told that it was due to the backlog caused by the strike that it hasn't been done yet. on the 3rd try I got a confirmation email that I was accepted and I registered.

I got a supplementary exam for one of my 2nd semester modules in my 1st year and wrote the supplementary in May 2019. during the 2nd semester after I wrote the sup I started enquiring to exam and everywhere about my results for the sup but nobody bothered to respond. I fianlly asked one of the lectureres to assists and she forwarded my proof of attendance to the exam to the exams department because nobody I spoke to could find my results on the system.

Eventually after 3 years of struggling and fighting it was safe to assume that Unisa lost my script. the Management of the Public Administration faculty saw it fit for me to enroll for the module again and start from scratch after seeing my proof of attendance knowing that I have now completed all my modules required to graduate but due the this one not reflecting it shows that my qualification is incomplete.

After another few weeks I realized that I am keeping myself from opportunities of vacancies that are closing that I should take the FI Consession because they were holding me hostage in this situation.

I submitted the paper and got the marks, but when I checked my academic record it still reflected as incomplete and I could understand why because now It reflet that I now have more that the required amount of credits to graduate. i checked and found that the NQF 5 module that I got the marks for ws captured as a NQF 6 which means I was still short of one NQF5 module.

I wrote to the registrar, the lecturer and i dont know who else and explained the whole story and I was referred to a Carol-Anne Oosthuizen or Esteerhuizen that same day on25/10/2022. It is now 1 November and I have not received any feedback even after I have explained in my email that there are vacancies I want to apply for but cannot due to this 'little' mistake on their part.

Could you please assist, I am tired of fighting with Unisa.
