Incompetant Unisa Stuff

I am a student at Unisa and due to the fact that I work I dont have time to be running around Unisa camopuses. It is called a distance learning institute because they claim to be catering for the working class and giving them an opportunity to further their studies.<br> I app**** online to change a qualification and I was admitted into the new proposed qualification.<br> To my surprise the new qualification I have been admitted into is not loaded on their registering system inturn blocking me from registering. I have called a thousand times or more from their info desk to their colleges, no one answers. The phones just ring and unanswered both the Pretoria and Johannesburg campus. I took a drive to Rissik to enquire, but I was still not assisted and was taken pillar to post about the matter. I have been calling the university for the past 2 days from morning till I knock off, BUT NO ANSWER. Why do they still have phones for us to call in for help but they dont answer them? Thats very ***********. I have to register but I cant because no one is willing to help me(answer their phones). This is unacceptable
