Inadequate Service and Communicatio

I have been tryinv since 2019 to get my degree issues resolved. Could someone with authority contact me. I am been refused my degree because of apparant non payment and also I have not comp**** with all the requirements. Yet here I am in 2023 still trying to get this resolved.
