inadequate material received! Unacceptable service

My loan was approved on the 24/01/15 and it was paid on the 10/02/2015 I have received my study material on the 12/02/2015 and 15/02/2015 I received a module that is due for the 2/03/2015 Theres a cd missing from that module that is needed for me to complete the assignment & just the info on that CD onsist of 40 out of 50 marks. The module im busy with is basic language skills acquisition & I have choosen Xhosa as a language Keep in mind this is a third language. Im now unable to complete the module & unisa has not provided me with any support I have contacted despatch as I was told they would send me the CD, I was then told to contact the computer lab at unisa, they advised me the incorrect info was given as they dont receive that type of study material, with all the mess up on my late payment and Unisas incompetence it doesn't seem possible for me to hand my assignment in on time! I have even tried contacting the lecturer to request an extension but theres no answer or response to emails. According to Edu-loan it is Unisas fault for the late payment occurred. If I fail due to this I'm still liable for payment. Im disgusted with the service & advise people to stay away from Unisa
