In need of help

Im an existing Unisa student. All I wanted to do was change my qualification and its proving to be a nightmare. To go through the entire re-admission process is ridiculous and I dont understand why. The entire process and online application is not user friendly and it keeps throwing me out. i have tried to phone Unisa 3 days in a row and Im not getting any joy. I have done this online application and Im not even sure if they have received it on their side. Im sure Im not the only student who is frustrated but no one is helping.
