Impossible to register, no answer at Unisa, etc...

The list goes on and on and on...<br> <br> I have tried for three weeks to register on Unisa for my fourth year Chemical Engineering. The website pops up a error saying I do not have enough credits to study in 2014. There is no answer for three weeks at any of the numbers, supposed to assist us, on the website for three weeks now. Some phone lines (including registering and applications) are totally dead. When you go to the University Campus, lines are formed for kilometers or we are told it is unsafe. After hours of standing in rows, they send you away and say you must register online. What to do??? How do you then go about to not miss the deadline and waste a year....even worse...three years of studying crazy hard?
