Impossible to graduate through UNISA - Absolutely Shocking

I am in my final year of my Honours degree at Unisa. I required one final module in order to finish and obtain my degree. Because of all the issues with Unisa around registration dates versus when results are received, I ended up registering for two modules in case I did not pass a previous module. I ended up passing that module so in fact only required to pass one two modules I registered for. During the Jan/Feb exam this year I passed the final module (well that's what I thought). For some reason Unisa thought it best to register the one module for non-degree purposes (even though it's part of the curriculum), this ended up being the one I passed. Regardless, I should be awarded my Honours degree by Unisa re-assigning this module towards my degree. I have since February sent 4 separate emails, each time to four different email address regarding this so they can correct their mistake. So 16 emails in total and 3 months later, I am yet to receive a response. I have phoned numerous times, either the numbers don't exist or there is no answer. Why am I paying Unisa for this non-service? Please allocate my credits for INF4820 towards my degree so it is complete as it should be. I would not recommend to anyone to EVER study through Unisa.
