Im losing my future because someone is not doing thier job

<p>I acquired a bursary here at work, and app**** with Unisa for Admission in Bachelor of Accounting Sciences in Financial Accounting. I app**** in September 2016. I submitted the Application form, my B Com Marketing Degree, my 2004 matric certificate, my ID copy, but guess what??? No response from Unisa. Worst part is that I call everyday, and it takes them 30 minutes to respond. Now I must lose my bursary becasue of this??????????????</p>
