I'm a registered student there, they have withheld my results because of the error on their side

I'm a registered student there, they have withheld my results because of the error on their side. I have tried to contact them but the phones lines they have published on their website are not working, all of them. I tried sending emails I get an automated response, a week later still no one attended to the emails. I even had to go to social media to complain, only then did I get a response, and was promised that the error will be fixed but it still hasn't been fixed. The semester has started and I cannot do my assignments because of this and it seems no body cares. Of that's how UniSA operates, then I'd like to get all my money back and deregister. This is pathetic !!!
