Ignoring my calls and my Emails

My student number is ********** 2 ,i have been in contact with this dept since two weeks backs via email and telephone calls no response ,i wanted to find out if is it possible to pay registration for my remaining module,no one has responded im not if they change staff because previous years they were quick ,i dont want to deposit money and the registration date has been closed please help.
