Ignoring me COMPLETELY!!!!

I am an ambitious girl, looking forward to Studying. Since the beginning of this year I have received the worst feedback form UNISA. The Government, Our teachers and Society encourage us to study and make something of ourselves. Yet, I have sent countless emails to unisa with no response at all!!!! I have called the countess times with NO answer!!!!. I tried to give in my application on Friday and they sent me home telling me to mail it. I thought I would then go to Florida on Monday, but had no transport then. So I tried the online application but there is something wrong with their site! Fine! The thing that ****es me off is that when I call, it rings and then I literally hear them switch the phone off. they never answer my mails nor phone calls. I have called on countless numbers. The numbers they provide on their sites do not even work!!! For students trying to make a way for themselves and be treated this way is really unfair and unacceptable! im really disappointed in the service. They should really do better on communication!
