I wouldn't recommend Unisa to anyone. No matter how desperate.

Unisa is the go-to University for most South Africans. You'd expect its employees to appreciate and honor this but instead we are met with unanswered telephones, unanswered emails and no communication whatsoever. I've had to email an entire Prof. to ask about the release of the exam results. The student advisors are never available. The website states that the release of the exam results are today, 27th July 2020. Nothing! No communication and no results. This is disappointing, hurtful, frustrating and most of all extremely inconvenient. Do better. "Welcoming" the MTT for the review isn't consoling at all. Kindly do your jobs please.
