I WAS MISLED by Unisa staff members regarding how

I was misled by Unisa staff about how I should structure my studies and or registrations, I am a bcom finance student at unisa and in the second semester of last year I decided I would want to proceed to the CTA programme after my degree and enquired at Unisa how best to structure and or organise my studies so I would qualify in the most efficient and effective way. I was told that I would need to complete and advanced diploma in accounting after my degree and because I only had a few modules left to complete my degree I could register for some of the modules in the advanced diploma for non degree purposes and so I did and based all my studies on this advice and now at the end of this semester I am told I cannot register for any more modules for non degree purposes and that I would need to wait until 2017 to apply for the advanced diploma.I refuse to accept this...I have sent emails to the CTA department and am getting no responses .... Please will someone sort this out I won't suffer any more because of *********** Unisa staff.
