I want my refund. student number:***0

Still no response from UNISA, I'm fed up of waiting its been over 15 working days according to their form of a promise to refund yet still nothing, I went to the Johannesburg Campus and they simply just said they usually take up to a month, Why give an SLA of 15 working days and not stick with it.
