I paid!! but no registration!

It has been three weeks since my registration has been paid! None of the relevant telephone numbers are answered, NO responses to multiple emails. I've sent the proof of payment three times already after finally getting through to someone that cannot help once again.<br> <br> WHO CAN HELP???? I'm supposed to be registered for the semester with NO LUCK!!!!!<br> <br> TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE EXAMPLE OF HOW ONLINE AND REMOTE STUDIES SHOULD BE ADMINISTERED! SHOCKING!!!
