I need my money back!

I am so disappointed by the lack of service I'm receiving from Unisa. My account is overpaid with them and according to their website, all one needs to do in this case is fill in a form and receive a refund in 2weeks. It has been 2months now!! All my efforts to get help from them were futilebso I resorted to contacting their Ombudsman. This only increased my irritation with Unisa because after being told to fill in another form now the Ombudsman is ignoring me.

Not even an acknowledgement of my emails or a call to indicate my request is being processed. They owe me money, money I could be using to buy textbooks that I still can't afford because they haven't processed my refund.

UNISA, I WANT MY MONEY BAC**** PLEASE!!!
