I need my Degree UNISA

I registered with Unisa 2017 January on faculty of Health science, BA(CUR) and completed the course 2022 July, since I have been waiting for graduation date or certificate but I can't get it, when ever I go to campus they tell me stories, till this year January this year I went to head quarters in Pretoria, they promised to get back to me April but nothing till this date.
