I HAVE COMPLETED MY DEGREE BUT NO GRADUATION

Hi there, my name is Londiwe Msomi student number 3467-017-3 have been studying with Unisa for the past few years , I am very disappointed with the service I am getting ,I completed my Degree in June this year up until now my modules have not been updated and this reflects as the Degree incomplete on my record. I have missed out on employment opportunities and seemingly with the October graduation getting closer I might not graduate. I also want to register for my Honours but with this academic record not updated I may not further my studies.

I have sent emails, made telephone calls but had no luck, please help me graduate in October and have my statement of credits updated.
