I have been waiting for my refund for almost a year now.

I'm really disappointed in UNISA I'm a graduate who is still waiting for her qualification status to change from final year student to completed months after completing her qualification. Last year I only had 6 modules in the second semester left to complete my qualification so I registered for all 6 modules in one go. I was told that in order for the 6th module to be added I had to pay the module fee upfront, because I was a municipality bursary holder I knew that the bursary normally pays late so I decided to pay for this module for it to be registered immediately and I was going to ask for a refund when the municipality has made the payment. On the 07th of August 2019 I paid R1000 in the Ekurhuleni Campus. On the 25th of August I paid R480 in the same campus which then made the total amount that was required for the extra module. After the municipality settled the amount that was due to UNISA I then sent a refund form and all the required documents on the 02nd of September 2019 to get my refund of the total R1480. Surprisingly the amount was taken away from my UNISA account using the municipalities them so I went directly to the bursary offices of the municipality and they told me that they don't take any amount back from UNISA if they have deducted money from my account it has to be with them. I've been following up ever since making phone calls and follow up emails but I never get a response. After this whole thing I app**** for an honours degree and I paid an amount of R110 only to later realise that I wasn't suppose to pay that amount because I already have a student number that amount was reflecting on my account on the 27th of September 2019 and it was deducted from my account on the 14th of December 2019. I failed one module and I qualified for an FI Concession but I paid a minimum fee to register the module to make sure that when I fail the FI Concession atleast I've registered. I paid a minimum amount of R550 to register which reflected on my account on the 15th of February 2020, luckily I passed the module and I've just recently noticed that it is now written in my statement that R550 is due to me. I'd like to say that this is not the only amount that is due to me UNISA owes me R2140 in total and i need that money i have been waiting for way too long and i dont want this money to be paid onto my UNISA account I want it to be paid directly onto my bank account. It's almost a year now yet when amount is due to UNISA they always follow up but they want to rip us off our hard earned money.
