I didn't receive my certificate after completing my course

I've been trying to get my certificate after i completed my course in Forensic & Investigative Auditing last year at UNISA, sent emails and made numerous phone calls to the course administrator Mr Edwin Makwe, but i am not getting any response. I was first told there was an issue with the printing of certificates, but i get no update from anyone, i am really really not happy with the service!!!
