I App**** to study my Honours degree last year right on time, and paid for the required application fee, when I kept checking for my application status , it kept saying I did not pay, then I called in , they said I must send my proof of payment, I sent them through their emails more times than I can remember, I kept calling in but my case was never resolved until exhausted the airtime to call. Till today I did not get the help I was looking for.
