I am not getting any younger!

I wrote my last exam on the 31st January 2020 to complete my National Diploma in Safety Management. To this day, I have absolutely nothing to show for it! For the life of me, I cannot understand how 16 months have passed and I still don't have that illusive piece of paper to prove that I have completed this course. Countless emails and having to endure endless phone calls where you are always referred to somebody else who also knows absolutely nothing. Please, for the love of your own sanity, if you are looking for an institution to study - look elsewhere, because through Unisa, you will be met with nothing but incompetence!
