How difficult must registration be????

<p>I am extremely unhappy.</p> <p>2016 Second semester I wanted to register for extra subjects as I had to many credits already for the year ( I had registered for 1 semester module and 1 year module). I was advised by Noxolo Manisi that the Math subject i was taking was unneccessary as my extended program only required that I complete the Science module (which I have already completed) and 3 others, which I now wish to register for. I therefore cancelled my Math module.</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon checking my profile I saw that my qualification was now 2 instead of 1, the new one saying 00019. Confused as to what is going on I queried this and I was informed this was because I was doing extra subjects (which I was not)</p> <p>Now since JULY 2016 I have begged UNISA to sort this out. Calling any numbers are useless and I am not in the position to visit your campus (hence reason forme studying through CORRESPONDENCE).</p> <p>It is now 2 days before registration closes and I have been begging and pleading for someone ANYONE to do their job!! I cannot register.The system says I do not have enough credits for re-admission, and nobody can tell me whats going on!! On the 00019 NDP I can register but not on the actual qualification I need to register on.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its ridiculous!!!!!!! How can NO ONE help me, I have emailed over 6 people and they have all responded saying it is being forwarded to the relevant department???
