Horrifying service and communication at Unisa

Horrifying, have had no response from them. Have emailed them on the 22nd of December and still no response to date, have tried called all the toll free, college specific and academic numbers to no avail. They will deliberately hang up your call or they never answer showing absolutely zero regard for their students what so ever.

I do believe that it is absolutely necessary to show interest in helping the students however it is clear that Unisa has absolutely zero regard for their students. Absolutely Appalling, very disappointed at this, as it is now delaying my degree.
