Horrible service from UNISA finance department

They don't take student seriously. I had some debt with them and I paid the full amount in January this year. I wanted to register for my houners and register for bursary which I did but I could not get my academic record because UNISA failed to clear my name even now. Im desparate want to further my studies but UNISA are holding me back. I have send so many emails but they just don't respond at all.
