Horrible service from Unisa

I enquired to do a 12 month course in HRM via the Unisa website, but due to no response. I travelled 300km to the Unisa campus in Kimberley for registration forms. After completing the forms, I emailed and faxed the registration doc's. I received a mail stating that the registration/application will take up to 10-15 working days. <br> <br> After more than 15 working days, I tried to call the Campus several times, but the phone just rang without any answer...I also tried to call HO in Pretoria...the same story.<br> <br> I then received a sms, stating that an email will be sent to me with my student number. I waited and waited for the mail and decided to email them again.<br> <br> A man with the name of Charles Mampa responded with the Banking details and student number. I asked him if the s/number was correct and he said yes. I went to the Bank to deposit the money, but the Teller couldnt assist me because the numser was incomplete. I then sent him a mail again for the complete s/number, until today no response. I received an automatic email today with registration forms, as if I was only applying to register now. Tomorrow is the closing date and I've lost so much money and still not registered!
