Horrible Service for a refund (By the so-called University of South Africa)

<p>I went to UNISA (Sunnyside Campus) and asked for a refund then was given a refund form to submit with Proof of payment and other supporting documentation (Which ihave done on 31/03/2017). I emailed the refund form to unisa on the 31/03/2017 and was advised that i will be refunded after 15 business days, today it is 03/05/2017 and i still have not received my refund, i am bitterly disappointed because the numbers they provide on their website are totally useless because the phones are never answered (NOT EVEN ONCE). UNISA SERVICES ARE VERY POOR considering that they pay the employyes good money to do absolutely nothing.</p>
