Horrible service

I asked to add two modules they said it was fine I registered the two received an e-mail stating I must pay a minimum balance of 1100 to get the added... long story short I paid the money and then received an e-mail stating I cannot add the two modules as my credits for the year will be too high!!!! I am definitely taking this further it’s lockdown and money is tight to spend you last money on studies u believing will be added as that is what the email said just to pay and find out it won’t be added - disgusted to say the least
